Happy Birthday Brad!!!

First off - I want to mention that it is my brother's birthday today (well, at least for 30 more minutes!). He is now 34-years old. I know!? I love you, Brad!

I worked with the Buffalo Grove cheerleaders today. They did a fantastic job! I really enjoyed working with them today. They learned quite a bit of new stuff and picked up rather quickly (except for a few slow freshmen). I would also like to mention that NO ONE CRIED! See, I am doing better- I did have to walk away from a couple of freshmen a couple times throughout the day, but I was able to refrain myself.

Kate and I had a great time laying down after camp and just talking about life, love, and everything in between. It's crazy how similar we are in so many aspects of our life. I had a great time getting caught up and just connecting with one another. We totally bonded over Dairy Queen blizzards too- yum to the caramel waffle cone blizzards!

Kate and I met up with Lindsay (my best friend from college), her husband, Mark, and their new baby boy- Brody (the cutest little baby boy - in the midwest)! Kate and I dined on Steak n' Shake (a staple when I come back home). I had to partake in two desserts today (I know- you all feel horrible for me)- I just couldn't resist my caramel turtle nut sippable sundae. Now what a concept- a vanilla shake with fudge, caramel, and peanuts mixed together! YUM!

I am extremely exhausted and am going to leave you all with... "I'm giving it all to God"! Right, Lindsay!? : )

Thanks for the Happy Birthday!!
I'm glad to see you are make the most out of this BLOG. It's the first BLOG I've ever really participated in. Out side of critiquing Chicago Food that is.

WE went rock climbing to Verticle endeavorers for my B-Day. Sav was
A-W-E-S-O-M-E! so TOTALLY. She climbed for 2 hours straight no breaks.

I have a great picture from afar. I'll have to try emailing it to you.

I'm headed for San Antonio in the AM

Love
